Please call our office (248.932.0082) and ask our staff to assist you in determining whether we participate with your insurance and what type of allergy benefit you have. Please note that payment for all deductibles, co-payments, co-insurances, and non-covered services are due at the time of service. Master Medical payments are due at the time of service as well. We electronically bill these services so that reimbursement for Master Medical Services occurs within 5-7 business days.
