Cathy | Chrys | Giles | Jenny Cathy has a combined experience of 15 years in the medical field. She is responsible for billing the office antigen orders. Cathy is also cross-trained to do patient scheduling, billing, verifying insurance information and giving allergy injections. She is a team player who will go the extra mile for our patients, whether helping with antigen billing or when administering allergy injections. She has been with our office since 2002. [ back to top ] Chrys has been with our practice since 1997 and is our Office Manager. She has worked in the medical field for almost 20 years and has held several positions, including previous employment in ENT, plastic surgery, as well as ophthalmology. Chrys has worked as a surgical and medical assistant before moving into medical billing and office administration. Her educational background includes accounting & nursing coursework, as well as numerous certification courses pertaining to medical office administration and patient services. She is always available to provide financial expertise as well as administrative assistance. Chrys's work is meticulous and efficient, and all the while she maintains a friendly and helpful relationship with our patients, ready to assist them with any concern or question. [ back to top ] Giles joined our team in early 2007, as a front desk receptionist, with almost 5 years of experience working in the medical field. She is responsible for scheduling appointments, as well as verifying insurance eligibility and benefits for our patients. Giles’ friendly demeanor and efficient working performance makes her a welcome addition to our staff. [ back to top ] Jenny joined our practice in late 2006 as an injection nurse and was promoted to medical assistant a few months later, due to her quick study and great work ethic. She is responsible for patient education, allergy skin testing, allergy injections, phone triage and blood draws. Jenny goes out of her way to assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. [ back to top ] Lisa joined our practice in early 2006 as a medical billing assistant. Her experience is quite extensive in the field of billing. Her expertise includes all aspects of benefit verification, filing of insurance claims, as well as patient billing. Lisa's professional and friendly demeanor makes her a welcome addition to our team. [ back to top ] Nancy joined our practice in June 2005 as a medical assistant, with over 30 years of experience in the medical field, including previous employment in podiatry, cardiology, and neurology. In addition to her clinical skills, she has also worked in office management. She has participated in clinical research trials involving Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease. Her multiple skills and outgoing personality make her a welcome addition to our office team. [ back to top ] Parrish has been with our office since 2003. She is experienced in scheduling appointments and verifying insurance eligibility and benefits for our patients. Parrish goes out of her way to make our patients feel comfortable with her ready smile, pleasant demeanor and easy laugh. [ back to top ] Rhonda has been a medical assistant for the past 10 years and began working with our practice in 2001. She has a background in family practice, OB/GYN and internal medicine. She assists with all patient care beginning with orienting new patients to our office. Rhonda is well-versed in all aspects of nursing care, including performing skin testing, breathing tests, phone triage, allergy injections and the making of allergy vaccine. Rhonda also trains new nurses and has administrative responsibilities. Rhonda is a respected member of our team whom patients like and request because of her courteous and professional manner.
